Red Bean Meatballs

A delicious recipe that you can consume both as vegetarian hamburger patties and with garnishes at the main meal; Mexican bean patties. In the content of meatball; we use a mixture of mexican beans, onions, eggs and peppers. If you wish, you can fry it in a little oil or cook it in the oven. It's also incredibly easy to prepare. You can easily prepare it in just 30 minutes and you will love the taste! Diversity is a must for a healthy diet. In this way, recipes containing many different nutrients and nutrients help you to color your diet, increase your vitamin and mineral intake, and diversify your diet. Ingredients 

 

500 gr Canned Boiled Mexican Beans

1 Medium Boiled Potato

1 Medium Onion (finely chopped)

1 Large Pepper (finely chopped)

1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)

Half Glass Bread Crumbs

1 Egg

2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste

Half Bunch Parsley / Dill (finely chopped) Spices (Chili, Black Pepper, Isot, Turmeric, Thyme)

 

Instructions

 

You can put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them or you can crush the beans with a fork and mix with all the other ingredients in a large bowl.  Shape them and put hem in a baking tray with the baking paper and bake it in a 180 degree pre-heated oven.  Or you can cook it in a pan with a little oil. It takes 15-20 minutes and then it is ready! Enjoy !
