We will start with a health questionnaire, where we'll learn all about your goals, lifestyle, health and medical history, exercise, eating habits, specific needs and preferences. Then we will do body composition and posture analyse and physical fitness test.
Then we will design an exercise and nutrition plan that is just for you. Your plans are tailored to your lifestyle, goals, schedule, available equipment, travel needs, injury history, and medical status.

You will have online nutrition consultations with Hazal every week. With a personalized nutrition strategy that is built around your lifestyle, eating habits, relationship with food, and preferences, you will reach to your health goals but also will feel great about yourself!

You will get personal training sessions every week. Emek will lead you through a one-on-one workout that is personalized to you. Every workout will bring you closer to your goals and at the same time, you will enjoy working out!

During this journey, we will be here to guide you, teach you, and walk alongside you. You will have unlimited access to me and Emek, and can contact us anytime with any questions or concerns. All communication will be done via email and text.

Meet Emek!

Academic Carrier

Emek started his postgraduate education in sports health sciences after graduating from physical education and sports teaching. He completed his master's thesis on circadian rhythm and sportive performance. Emek, who then started his doctorate education, completed his PhD dissertation in 2020, specializing in strength training and physiology. Emek, who has poster presentations, exclusive presentations and academic reviews in international congresses, moved to London in 2018.
Work experience
​
Emek Can started his business career as a physical education teacher in schools. He continued his career as a personal trainer in 2015 after he worked as a taekwondo coach and gymnastics coach in different sport clubs. At the same time, Emek worked as a strength and conditioning coach in tennis and fencing branches. In 2017, he worked as a sports consultant for a businessman in Amsterdam. and Dr. Can has been continuing as a personal trainer / taekwondo trainer in the self-employed company he founded in London since 2018.
