Nutritious Donuts

You can make your own delicious donuts at home! 🥯 A more nutritious recipe that you can easily bake.

INGREDIENTS


1 cup flour
2 eggs
Half a teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Half a cup milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 bananas
2 tablespoons of cocoa

For the top;
Dark chocolate

Mash the bananas with a fork. Add milk, egg and vanilla to it. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cocoa. Combine 2 mixes. It would be great if you can find donut shaped baking cups, I used them! 😍 If not, you can also prepare it in round, ovenware. Pour the mixes into containers. Put it in the oven that you have preheated to 180 C degrees and wait for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Once the donuts are ready, dip the tops into the chocolate and decorate as you wish. For decoration, you can use coconut, your favorite dried nuts and these colorful sprinkles like me 😍
