Spicy Mung Bean Salad
Ingredients

1 cup boiled mung beans
Fresh onion
Your favorite greens (dill-arugula-parsley) 1 small tomato
5-6 black olives
For sauce;
1 tablespoon of olive oil
The juice of half a lemon
1 clove of garlic / garlic powder
Your favorite spices (black pepper, red pepper, oregano)
Instructions
Chop the greens and tomatoes. Add the boiled mung beans. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and add to the salad. Add the olives on top and our salad is ready 😋😋 Enjoy!
