15-minute easy Green Lentil Recipe

Ingredients

 

1 glass of green lentils 2 medium peppers 3 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 tablespoon of olive oil

 

Instructions

 

Wash the lentils and put them in a pot. After adding just enough water to cover it, leave it to boil. 🕓 Meanwhile, cut the peppers and garlic into small pieces and fry them with olive oil. Add tomato paste and cook for 10 more minutes. 🔥 Add cooked lentils and cook a little more, then add 1 glass of water. The meal is ready, enjoy! 🤗

 

Note ; You can serve with yogurt to increase the protein content and make it more fulfilling.
